Oh, Deer!

This hunting season, Brock was able to get his first buck.  It was an emotional journey shared by him and his dad, and it is truly a moment they both will never forget.  When asked, Brock said that he did get buck fever and he was shaking A LOT when he saw the horned fellow standing in the field.  He put the buck in his sight and squeezed the trigger until it surprised him (just like Dad taught him to).  It was a perfect shot behind the shoulder.  After field dressing, we sent his deer off to be mounted.  Chad had his first buck mounted, followed by my first buck.  It is exciting to add Brock's deer to the collection.
