Sourdough Starter
A select few are drooling as they look at this picture:
The majority of you may be thinking that this looks anything but appetizing, and if you are one of those people, you are definitely not a Hiller. Sourdough pancakes have been made in my family on special occasions since I can remember, and this picture is especially sentimental because the starter is being housed in the same crock that my mom would always make it in when I was little. I have since inherited the crock as well as the duty to supply them. =) We are ready for a busy Easter weekend. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter!
