We survived yet another carnival. Ella and I worked the drink toss, which is the busiest game ever. It was wonderful seeing all of the happy kids and patient parents that brought them there. It amazes me every day that I get to call this my job. So blessed for all that I have.
Curious was the only bunny that survived the the dreadful dog attack. She was very small and weak, and she needed extra care before releasing her back into the wild. Since the rabbit hole was within dog range, we cared for Curious in the bunny box that we put in the girls' play house. After bottle feeding her twice a day for 3 days and giving her adequate amounts of exercise and cuddling, she was able to gain the strength and energy needed to be set free again. We released her into a brush pile earlier this week, which left us saddened and mourning her departure. We will miss you, Curious!
